Our Backstory

Properarc has its roots in architecture, innovation and the practical experience of adapting homes around changing family needs.The company was established as a research and development vehicle exploring the intersection between property and technology.Its work increasingly focuses on one of the defining challenges of the coming decades: how a society in which people live longer can enable more people to remain independent and connected within their own homes.Properarc is a sibling company to Personarc, which works across research, innovation and business design.
